Energy work has the potential to facilitate healing of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual/energetic aspects of the self. It is deeply relaxing and re-balancing. It can also do more profound work, such as offering incredible support for those who are dealing with grief, trauma, physical ailments, overcoming negative patterns, and more.

My approach is grounded. While Energy healing can feel mysterious and ethereal, I am most interested in helping you bring about positive change in your tangible reality so that you can live a vibrant, empowered and joyful life.

Each 90-minute session with me is customized to your unique needs and may include Reiki (Usui and Rainbow), Sound healing, Dreamwork, Tarot and various Shamanic practices. We will open each session with conversation and close with a plan for continued growth.
